Growing up in Southern California Mexican food and culture has always been a part of my life. Eating the food every week gave me a deep love and respect for the cuisine. The first things I learned to make in a professional setting were chips, salsa, and burritos! Over the years I have explored other types of cuisine but have always found myself gravitating back to my first love, Mexican food. I am very excited to bring my knowledge and passion for classic Mexican food to the island of Kauai and look forward to serving you soon!
